Where Ambulances Can’t Go, These Women Ride.
In western Kenya, a group of female motorcyclists known as the “Boda Girls” are quietly saving lives — transporting pregnant women across rough terrain to reach medical care that would otherwise be out of reach. On two wheels, these women are redefining emergency response — and rewriting what community care looks like in places the system has overlooked.
