Afrobeats star Rema is reportedly the latest celebrity to invest in Dubai real estate, with African Folder reporting that the singer has purchased a luxury residence at One by Binghatti in Business Bay.
The reported acquisition was said to have been confirmed during a signing ceremony attended by Binghatti Chief Sales Officer Abdullah Binghatti and members of the company’s senior management.
One by Binghatti is a luxury waterfront development overlooking the Dubai Canal, with completion currently expected in late 2026.
