For years, “home” was temporary.
By the age of 12, a foster boy had already moved through multiple households, carrying his belongings — and his hopes — with him each time. The one constant in his life wasn’t a place, but a friendship. After school, weekends, and holidays were spent at his best friend’s house, slowly becoming part of that family’s everyday rhythm.

By 2024, the adoption was finalized, giving him what every child deserves: permanence, stability, and a home where he was already loved.
