Khaby Lame, the world’s most-followed TikTok creator, has sold his primary operating company, Step Distinctive Limited, to Hong Kong–based Rich Sparkle Holdings in an all-stock deal valued between $900 million and $975 million. The transaction includes the issuance of roughly 75 million shares and is expected to significantly boost Lame’s personal net worth, as he owns a 49% stake in the company.
As part of the agreement, Rich Sparkle Holdings will hold exclusive rights to Khaby Lame’s commercial ventures for the next three years, spanning e-commerce, TikTok Shop operations, brand partnerships, and the creation of an AI digital twin. Following the announcement, Rich Sparkle Holdings’ stock reportedly surged more than 250% in a single trading day.
