Maryland Just Passed Eric’s I.D. Law — Should Every State Follow?

The new legislation — known as Eric’s Law — requires law enforcement officers to identify themselves during traffic stops when asked by citizens. 🚔✋🏽

Named after Eric Holmes, the law was inspired by calls for greater transparency and accountability between police and the public. 👏🏽

Now the question is: should this be implemented nationwide? 🇺🇸💭
