After being denied a flight attendant role for her height (5’2”), Sibongile Sambo turned rejection into innovation by founding SRS Aviation, becoming the first Black woman in South Africa to own an aviation company. Today, her company provides charter flights, VIP services, and cargo transport across the continent.
