Ciara is giving back to the city that helped shape her journey.
The Grammy-winning artist and Atlanta native has invested $50,000 in 10 local youth organizations, with each organization receiving $5,000 to help create more opportunities for young people across the city.
Through a partnership with Atlanta’s Mayor’s Office of Film, Entertainment and Nightlife, the funding will support scholarships, training, equipment, and educational opportunities for youth pursuing their passions in music, film, fashion, technology, sports, dance, education, and leadership.
The investment will benefit organizations including Atlanta Music Project, Black Girls Film Camp, Dance 411 Foundation, RenderATL, Soccer in the Streets, and more.
For Ciara, the investment is personal. Atlanta played a major role in her journey, and now she is helping create pathways for the next generation to dream just as big. ❤️
That’s what giving back looks like.
