Arthur’s mindset was forged in moments of doubt. In November 2024, he found himself facing immense pressure after launching two major initiatives: breaking ground on the tallest residential apartment in East Legon Hills (Solara Residence) and booking Ghana’s largest indoor auditorium to celebrate his 8th year as a speaker. But instead of retreating, he leaned into what he calls “The Man in the Arena” mindset—an ode to those who strive, dare, and fail forward.

“The place where our greatest discomfort lies is also the spot where our largest opportunity lives that was how I came up with The man in the arena mindset on 15th November 2024. That very dawn at 3am – I was in a very low place as I wondered if I had taken on so much at such a young age of 28 because I had just dared to commence the tallest residential apartment in East Legon Hills called Solara Residence and also booked the largest indoor event auditorium to mark my 8th anniversary as a public speaker and if I did fill it – I would then become Ghana’s youngest speaker to have done that.


Then it dawned on me that
It is not the critic who counts…
Not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, Or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.


The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena…
Whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood…
Who strives valiantly, who errs, who comes up short again and again… Because there is no effort without error and shortcoming.
But still, he strives…
He dares to do the deeds…
He knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions… He spends himself in a worthy cause.
And at best, he knows the triumph of high achievement…
And at worst—if he fails—
He fails while daring greatly…
So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls… Who neither know victory nor defeat.

Solara Residence: A Testament to Resilience

Solara is not just a high-rise—it’s a story. After only nine months of construction, the six-story, 25-unit apartment complex is nearly sold out, with just three units remaining.
