Gabby Douglas Inducted Into the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame — And She’s Still Making History

She already made history in 2012.
Now history honors her back.

Gabby Douglas — the first Black woman to win Olympic all-around gold in gymnastics — has officially been inducted into the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Hall of Fame.

At just 16 years old, she didn’t just win.
She shifted the standard.

Before Gabby, no Black woman had ever stood at the top of that podium in the all-around. After Gabby? A generation of girls could see themselves there.

This is what legacy looks like.
Not just medals — but doors opened.

Excellence isn’t accidental. It’s earned. And remembered.
