Mona Skye, a young Black woman from Chicago’s West Side, is making history. After enduring a devastating pandemic and the tragic loss of her family home, she defied the odds and overcame countless obstacles to achieve a remarkable milestone—cashing out on her very own strip mall, *Skye Plaza*.
Located on Chicago’s South Side, *Skye Plaza* features luxury suite rentals and a variety of retail stores, creating a space for business and community growth. Beyond her success in real estate, Mona is passionate about empowering others through financial literacy and credit stability education.
Determined to be a living example of resilience and success, Mona Skye is proving to the world that a Black girl from the inner city can rise from nothing and build a groundbreaking empire.
