Meet Tare Robinson Korumene, the founder of Eco FIP Nigeria Limited. The company uses plantain stems to create sustainable products like hair extensions, bags, and shoes.
Eco FIP has a team off 22 staff members, that collaborate to harvest plantain trees as soon as the fruit has been removed. Through strategic, circular, and efficient design models, all materials and resources such as stems, liquids, and fibers, are utilized to create minimal waste and overproduction.
While Eco FIP creates beautiful products for our everyday lives, they are also leading the way in ingenuity, innovation, and creativity.
