From employee to owner! At just 15, Georgia Native Ashley Lamothe started working at Chick-fil-A, dreaming of saving for a car. By 26, she became the youngest franchise owner in the company’s history.
While studying at Spelman College, she showcased leadership and built relationships, leading to her first restaurant opening near University of Southern California, making her one of the youngest Black women to own a franchise in the company’s history.
🙌🏽👏🏽 Seven years later, she achieved another milestone by opening the very first Chick-fil-A in downtown Los Angeles, a bustling location that she continues to own and operate today.
