Davonne recently expanded her portfolio by adding two new hotels in partnership with Nassau Investments. The new additions include a Staybridge Suites in Fishers, Indiana, courtesy of Intercontinental Hotel Group, one of the world’s largest hotel brands, and a Hampton Inn & Suites situated in Scottsburg, Indiana.
These acquisitions, with a combined value of $18 million, propel @DavonneReaves to the status of a co-owner of three hotel properties in under a year! The founder and chief hospitality strategist of Atlanta-based The Vonne Group, Reaves opens up about her accomplishment as a young Black woman in America.
With over a decade and a half in the hospitality industry, Reaves has been instrumental in helping 50 hotel investors jumpstart their careers. Two of her mentees are set to co-own hotel properties in 2022. As an experienced hotelier, Reaves is passionate about helping more people realize their dreams in the hotel industry.
