44-year-old Tshikundi Taty of Maryland has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of peeping tom, after police say he disguised himself as a woman to secretly record women at a One Life Fitness Club in Germantown.
According to reports, officers from the 5th District responded after a woman noticed she was being filmed in the shower. Investigators later determined that Taty had used wigs and women’s clothing to enter the locker room before removing the disguise and fleeing the scene.
Authorities are urging anyone with additional information or similar encounters to contact local law enforcement.
