Ethiopia Introduces Long-Term “Golden Visa” Program for Foreign Investors
Ethiopia has announced plans for a 10-year Golden Visa program designed to attract foreign investors and support economic growth.
The initiative would allow qualifying investors to live in the country long-term while pursuing business and investment opportunities. Officials say the program is part of wider efforts to modernize immigration systems and encourage international capital.
While the visa offers extended residency, it does not automatically grant citizenship, which would still require separate legal processes.
